Root cause analysis
The finding gets checked against the requirement, your policies, your records and whatever you already tried. Then we separate the thing that needs fixing today from the reason it happened at all.
You have a deadline
The auditor has written up a nonconformity and given you a date. We do the root cause analysis, write the corrective action plan in the Commission's own format, and draft the response pack for you to approve. A$1,990 covers up to three findings at one site, and A$3,990 covers a full corrective action plan at one site whatever the number.
Send a redacted copy of the notice, the audit report, the nonconformity or the condition, with participant and worker details taken out. You get a reply within one business day, and a free written triage memo within 48 clock hours of a complete intake. That count includes weekends and public holidays.
Ask us first if you want a secure way to send it. Not urgent? Start with the free scorecard.

Each finding gets a correction, a cause, an action, an owner and a due date. Alongside it goes the evidence that closes the item and how that evidence is checked. It is written in the format the Commission asks for.
The agreed policy changes, forms, checklists, register fields, evidence indexes, briefing material and action trackers all get written for you.
A response and evidence pack comes to you for approval, holding the evidence index, the submission checklist and the draft correspondence. One follow up response is included.
If the auditor comes back with questions, one written clarification round is covered unless your fixed scope says otherwise. You review the answer and you send it.
You get a list of the actions still yours, and of the evidence only your day to day work can produce. Monthly support is there afterwards if you want the upkeep handled. If an approved auditor identifies a nonconformity that traces directly to a document we prepared, we correct that document free of charge under the engagement terms.
Timing and delivery
We have your notice, your findings, your deadline and who you are. The free triage follows within 48 clock hours.
You have signed the engagement, the first payment has arrived and your inputs are complete.
The root cause analysis and corrective action plan follow within 10 business days of that point.
You put the controls in place and send us the evidence. We map every piece of it back to the plan.
The 10 business day plan is what we commit to. The clock starts when the engagement is signed, the first payment arrives and your inputs are complete. It pauses while an input is missing, and it resets if you change the scope in writing.
Your team carries out the actions. If your deadline is sooner than ten business days, send the notice now and the triage will tell you straight whether the timing works.
Implementation documents are staged over one to three weeks after the plan, depending on your approvals and your source evidence. The response pack follows within five business days of your evidence and approvals reaching us.
If your written scope sets an earlier date, that date wins. One clarification round is due within three business days of the full question set and your answers.
What comes back is a response mapped to each stated requirement and the evidence behind it. Your team supplies the records that show the work was actually done. The auditor or regulator decides whether the finding is closed.
Send a redacted notice with participant and worker details removed. If email does not suit, ask us for a secure route first.
